Quality
VSV guarantees food quality and food safety for the chain. VSV is BRC, IFS, MSC and ASC certified. Audits for these certificates are carried out each year.
We are proud of our high standards of hygiene. For example, every week samples are taken from a variety of fish, and are sent to a certified external laboratory for microbiological analysis. Fish are packaged to meet customer requirements. EPS (polystyrene) packaging is most commonly used but recently we have also been offering 100% recyclable PP (polypropylene).
